2006 Scholarship Information
application deadline: April 23, 2006
For the past 14 years the Kearney-Holt Soccer Club has made available scholarship opportunities to Seniors from Kearney High School who are planning to attend college and have participated in soccer activities in the community. It is our hope that these scholarships will assist with college education costs and that the recipients will continue to support soccer in college and after their graduation. In should be noted that athletic accomplishments are a factor in consideration, but this is not to be considered an athletic scholorship. What you have done for the game is just as important as what you have done during the game. If you meet the following criteria we would very much like to consider your application to represent us with our scholarship opportunities.
Scholarship qualifications and requirements:
1) Senior at Kearney High School
2) At least 1 season of activity with the Kearney-Holt Soccer Club or Kearney-Holt Soccer League
3) Registration as a full time student in a 2 or 4 year college beginning the fall semester after high school graduation.
