Filling out the form on the next page will result in your information being distributed to the coaches of our club teams "ONLY". This does not insure you a roster spot on a team. You will only be contacted if your childs information meets the criteria of one or more of our club teams and the team has a roster opening. If your intention is to sign up for one of the league teams that play games at the Jesse James Park Soccer Complex , you will need to contact the league directly.
